T.H.E. started as a food truck pulling up to Springfield parking lots and nightlife spots — and grew into something the city couldn't stop talking about. Same energy. Same fire. Just more of it.

We recently hired The Hibachi Experience to cook for a large private event and these guys absolutely DELIVERED. Talk about an experience... Jorge and Ricky are the real deal! The portions were very generous and the sake was nonstop flowing. Highly recommend!
